Access to and use of this site is provided by The Bearing Site subject to the following terms and conditions.
By using this site you are accepting these terms and conditions from the date you first visit. The Bearing Site reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online. After the changes are posted online your continued use means that you have accepted these changes.
To become a member of The Bearing Site you have to be an organization in the bearing and power transmission industry. All accounts have to be approved and The Bearing Site has the right to not approve your account if we believe you are not in this industry or something very similar.
In the event of The Bearing Site crashing/failing, this will not be deemed as a failure by The Bearing Site to honour the contract, however by contacting us you could be entitled to a refund for the amount of days you are unable to access the site, based on your monthly/yearly subscription fee.
Once you have paid for a years subscription, you cannot receive any refund if you decide you want to leave The Bearing Site. If you are paying monthly then you can decide to leave after you have finished the month you have paid for.
Information may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted or shared. nor can it be passed by the member for use by another company. If you wish to use any information in any other way you must obtain written permission from The Bearing Site.
All prices listed in the inventory database are the responsibility of the member. The Bearing Site accepts no responsibilty for errors in pricing information or consequential losses arising from such errors.
The Bearing Site may contain links to other sites, but is not responsible for the provision or content of any site.
Payments should be made online or by bank transfer to the bank details on the invoices we provide. If you would like to pay a different way then please contact us.
Failure to pay your invoice within 7 days of receiving it could result in your account being suspended.
You may only use The Bearing Site enquiry form to send enquiries for bearings and other related products. You may not use it for anything else e.g. to spam or advertise your company. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you fail to abide by these rules.
